Who am I inviting into my home? Our team has over three decades of experience in resident centered care and pride ourselves on offering premium caregivers to our clients. Staff are screened through an extensive process to ensure we have the best of the best providers. We have nursing staff, licensed CNA’s and home care attendants trained according to each individuals specific needs.
What kind of safety are you providing to prevent the spread of Covid? Our team is required to use masks and gloves inside our client’s homes. Our team is extremely mindful of social distancing while not at work in order to limit potential exposure.
What kind of services do caregivers provide? We can provide assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, medication management, light housekeeping and meal preparation as well as assistance with shopping. We understand everyone has unique needs and interests so our care plans are centered around individuals, if it’s not on our list just ask and we can see about accommodating your needs.
What do you do to manage medications? Medications for complex health issues or following hospitalizations can be very difficult to understand. Our nursing staff are able to set up medication boxes per doctor’s orders to ensure our clients are able to follow the schedule. They are also able to notice potential for errors and observe and educate about side effects to help be a part of the care team.
What if I don’t need a lot of help, is there a minimum amount of hours per week required? Triple Oak Home Health is flexible with scheduling to meet your needs with time available seven days a week and no minimum visit requirements.
